Senior/ Assistant Manager, Service Transformation (MyChart Product Analyst)

As part of Group Service Transformation Office, the Senior/ Assistant Manager’s key role is to drive care transformation in NUHS by co-creating digital patient journeys and assessing the feasibility of leveraging MyChart for the shortlisted use cases. MyChart has been identified as a key tool for increasing patient engagement and activation. This supports a key thrust of the NUHS vision to deliver Incredible Care that is Digital as default. This role entails active user and stakeholder engagement to map out process workflows, participate in technical solutioning and lead change management efforts to drive MyChart adoption.

Reporting to the Head, Planning & Product Development Section, Group Service Transformation, you will:

Job Responsibilities

1. Support planning initiatives including, but not limited to preparing proposals, collating relevant technical info / statistics to guide decision making.
2. Perform independent research to identify new clinical features that bring value to app users and develop corresponding implementation plans.
3. Identify suitable platforms to reach out to different staff groups in each institution to conduct and support staff training (e.g., department meetings, clinic roll-calls, orientation etc.)
4. Translate the vision of an ideal patient experience into user-centric designs for digital interfaces across service touchpoints
5. Present concepts and designs to key stakeholders for review and iteration
6. Produce clear and comprehensive documentation on business requirements and ensure that the documents remain updated.
7. Harmonize development requirements and requests across public healthcare clusters.
8. Monitor the utilization and adoption of MyChart using Epic reports.
9. Collaborate with technical business analysts and system specialist teams to deliver digital solutions.
10. Coordinate and monitor roll-out of digital solutions across multiple touch-points.
11. Collate feedback directly from user feedback channels (app support email and app store reviews) to improve user interface design, product usability and operational workflows.
12. Manage internal stakeholder engagements and ensure that project plans are communicated timely.
13. Prioritize delivery of new/ existing features based on available app development resources and an understanding of the cluster strategic direction.
14. Support in ad-hoc/special projects assigned to Group Service Transformation.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
2. At least 2 to 4 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare operations, nursing, or allied health..
3. Agile and innovative mind-set.
4. Excellent communication skills in presenting ideas and capable of leading stakeholder engagement sessions.
5. Proactive, with creative problem-solving skills.
6. Up to date on the latest user experience trends, techniques and technologies, preferably with experience in successfully integrating new techniques into solutions.

8. Familiarity with NGEMR (Epic) is an advantage.

Senior / Assistant Manager, Group Service Transformation (Digital Operations Specialist)

Group Service Transformation is seeking a skilled and confident professional to take on the role of Digital Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the digital adoption of the NUHS App, ensuring that NUHS is digital-ready and digital-first.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify staff engagement platforms and implement targeted staff training regularly for diverse job functions within NUHS, namely clinicians and patient-fronting non-clinicians.
• Manage staff and patient feedback (on-site and online) on the integration of physical and digital (phygital) experiences across NUHS institutions.
• Map out digital integration opportunities within key ground workflows and implement solutions to identified gaps for process improvement.

• Contribute to HR Specialist Services team in ensuring the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing for all the institutions and departments in NUHS.
• Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
• Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered in line with NUHS policies and relevant Legislation requirement.

Job Responsibilities

• Support HR-related inquiries received from employees via phone calls and email.
• Manage the inquiries using available system, this includes logging of the cases received, re-assigning to other teams where the inquiries cannot be answered by HR Support Centre, to closure within SLA.
• Create and maintain HR-related frequently-asked questions (FAQs) on the intranet and HR chatbot.
• Keep the HR Support Centre knowledge database updated.
• Prepare regular and adhoc reports for management analysis.
• Participate in activities to promote the services of HR Support Centre, such as the design of posters and roadshows.
