KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital is the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists first formally recognised overseas training centre in this region for their overseas Subspecialty Training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine (RCOG MFM SST).

Job Description

This is a 2-year subspecialty specialist training programme. The successful trainee will spend the 1st year training in the hospitals of the SingHealth cluster at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Singapore General Hospital. This will be followed by a 2nd year training at hospitals under Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s Hospital and Queen Charlotte’s and Chelsea Hospital) as well as King’s College Hospital. Job Responsibilities:

· Payment Process Ownership – Understand and become familiar with the payment processes between the Company and vendors, between different regions and functions. Also, process purchase orders, perform ‘Goods receipt’ in a timely and accurate manner.

· Stakeholder Communication – Establish clear communication with various stakeholders and provide monthly updates regarding cost trends and expenditures.

· Vendor Management – Communicate effectively with vendors on onboarding and payment queries.

· Data Management – Track and maintain accurate records of all Purchase Request and Purchase Order via the respective trackers.

· Cost Analysis – Run reports and analytics on Microsoft Excel using pivoting data and advanced functions for each marketing launch, projects, and maintenance.

· Policy Compliance - Adhere to company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical standards across all functions.
