CLINIC MANAGERS
Job Description:
· Management of overall clinic operations and in accordance with the latest MOH/HCSA and other related regulatory guidelines.
· Management of stock take and expiry of inventory.
· Ordering of consumables supplies and medications with Just-In-Time inventory management.
· Upkeep of all management reports for submission.
· Handling of petty cash and banking of funds.
· Checking and submission of all CHAS and Insurance claims.
· Annual staff appraisal.
· Clinic revenue performance, budget, targets, and cost control.
· To check and approve the PO and ensure the inventory level are reasonable and do a check on the holding stock level.
· Collate Purchase Report, DO, Invoices to Purchasing dept twice a week.
· Handling of patient’s complaints and reporting to management.
· Liaison between HQ and clinic staff.
Requirements:
· Polytechnic graduate
· At least 3 years of experience in managing clinics.
· Exceptional organisational and independent problem-solving skills to ensure that quality services are provided effectively.
· Ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement in the clinic.
· Ability to lead, supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
