You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. A) Branch Management:

1. Job Purpose
The supervisor is required to perform the portering duties of transporting/escorting patients, and dispatching of documents, specimens, medications, blood and mortuary cases. Supervisor is also responsible for managing porters timesheets and leave forms, asset inventory and portering system.

2.1 Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

2.1.1 Transport/escort the correct patient (identify through Name and NRIC#) via wheelchairs or trolley as per the standard operating procedure set by the department.
