Overview

The Job Holder will support in building improvement capabilities and culture in the NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO), including community partners such as GPs. The Job Holder will be involved in co-developing and conducting quality improvement training for RHSO staff and community partners, as well as facilitate and coach small to large scale improvement projects through the use of appropriate tools/methodologies.

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, you are responsible to support the day-to-day operations of the Care and Call Centre (CareHub) to meet CareHub’s service standards, key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.

You will also participate in the development, implementation and review of CareHub’s functions and initiatives, as well as be a knowledge champion to continuously support our call centre officers to obtain and maintain competency in managing resident and partners’ queries within KPIs and standards. Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Knowledge champion: Part of the first line which Call Centre Officers can approach for complex queries and clarification on CareHub’s workflows.

This involves the creation, review and upload of articles to ensure a relevant knowledge management system to support the Call Centre Officers.
3. Support the training and refresher of CareHub team for new and existing staff. For example, being one of CareHub trainer to the creation and implementation of knowledge quizzes and competency refresher sessions.
4. Conduct audits on call and email cases to ensure standards are met with proper documentation and basic visualization charts to support high-level reporting to management.

The incumbent be responsible to operationalise engagement and operational strategies in support of MOH Healthier SG /Age WELL SG and play a role in the crisis response team.

1. Support Senior Assistant Director/Assistant Director in overseeing/implementing HSG/active SG engagement and enrolment operations
2. Promote and assist residents to enrol into the Healthier SG programme.
3. Undertake role of trainer and briefer of HSG contents to internal and external stakeholders including residents.

5. Assist and address HSG queries to residents throughout their Service Journey.
6. Assist to support Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGA) and provide the residents a smoother interface to get enrolled and participate in HSG initiatives​.
