You will participate in the conceptualisation and refinement of the administrative framework and key work processes, as well as identify gaps and propose new initiatives when required.You will manage the academic resources (e.g eLibrary) and monitor its budget. You will also provide support for the cluster journal editorial secretariat to ensure that the journal is published on time.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent command of spoken and written English

· Good interpersonal and analytical skills

· Preferably with project management skills and savvy with finance matters

· Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player to work with various stakeholders.

· Driven and independent with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
