Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the team towards maximum performance and service standards
• Experienced in the beauty industry with a proven strong record of sales
• Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
• Streamline the operations processes and improve efficiency and customer service standards.
• Lead sales events, such as private sales events, pop-ups, etc.
• Planning of roster and ensuring all outlets are adequately staffed daily
• Responsible for cost management i.e. manpower cost, operational cost, etc.
• Responsible for the setting up of new locations, installations and openings (including planning products display, visual merchandising, product mix and collection, etc
• Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.
Requirements:
• Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Good working attitude and enjoy meeting people
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, prefer spoken and written
• Self-motivated in achieving sales targets
• Minimum 5 years working experience
