Job Description

KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.

The position is based at the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), the team is looking for pathologists with subspecialty interests in gynaecological pathology, breast pathology, cytology or any combination of the aforementioned areas. These are permanent positions affording the successful candidates the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly and supportive department.

The gynaecological, breast pathology and cytology services have six pathologists responsible for providing a comprehensive clinical service comprising gynaecological and breast surgical pathology, frozen section cover, cytology and multidisciplinary meetings. The role of the successful candidate can be primarily clinical with a component of education or research responsibilities in accordance to the candidate’s preferences and aptitude. However, an academically-inclined candidate with a strong track record of research achievements in the fields of gynaecological or breast pathology as evidenced by outstanding peer-reviewed publications in top-tier scientific journals and a significant record of success in obtaining competitive research grants, and who is committed to furthering his/her research career, will receive prioritized consideration for this position.

1. Health Economics and Finance (Part-time Program)

Health economics is the application of economic principles to health and healthcare. Students apply core concepts of supply and demand theories to health and healthcare examples and learn about the importance of information (and information asymmetry) in health care markets; the critical role of insurance; hospital financing and delivery; and private/public mix in finance and provision of healthcare. In this course students are introduced to key conceptual frameworks of healthcare economics and decision making and examine how Australian and international healthcare systems are designed and organised, including the critical components of long-term care and pharmaceutical markets.

1. Health Systems, Policy and Governance (Part-time Program)

Health Systems, Policy and Governance examines national and international health systems and policies from a governance perspective. Conceptual frameworks in governance rely on multidisciplinary (e.g. political sciences, public policy, management, industrial relations and economics) approaches to understand the complexities of dynamic industries such as the health and social care sector. Students will be exposed to healthcare governance frameworks and to applications in the Australian and health countries' systems and policy. Students will examine the principles of healthcare organisations, institutions, and policy design and development in a comparative perspective, and will discuss recent healthcare reform efforts in developed and developing countries. Historical, political, economic and stakeholders' influence on current and emerging health reforms and policy will be analysed to enable students to recognise and design best practices.

Selection Criteria

• PhD or Master’s Degree (with at least 5 years of Industry Experience) in Health Economics, Management and Policy or related discipline
• Evidence of lecturing skills and a commitment to the delivery of high-quality teaching

OPPORTUNITY

The Program Director, Client Health, will play a critical role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of our new client health program in their assigned region (Americas, EMEA, APAC). This program will offer a renewed focus on the health of our client relationships and provide insights and analytics that are actionable, centered around our own client benchmarks and performance for greater impact.

The role sits within our regional leadership team office, but will collaborate closely with the GCGP Program Director, Client Health (who will lead the overall program globally), as well as the new solution provider to ensure all regional stakeholders are trained and provide the proper inputs in advance of each client health survey deployment (ex: client contacts). This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to foster effective communication and collaboration across various Publicis Groupe agencies in your assigned region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Program Director and other stakeholders to support the implementation of the new client health program with our solution provider, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to established timelines.
• Regional Governance: Assume responsibility for the ongoing governance of the client health program post-launch, ensuring compliance with established protocols and standards within your assigned region.
• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts during the program's launch and provide ongoing support to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption by internal teams.
• Standardization of Client Contacts: Ensure consistency and standardization of client contacts (type, level, etc.) across the region, ensuring adherence to the established client inclusion decision tree by all client teams.
• Risk Escalation: Act as the point of contact for risk escalation to the Program Director, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during program implementation or management.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Cascade communications to regional stakeholders, including leadership and client health users, regarding program updates, key meetings, and training sessions. Facilitate key regional meetings, such as onboarding sessions and demos.
• Training and Support: Act as the primary regional support on the platform, addressing questions and concerns from internal teams regarding the program and platform functionality. Escalating to the Program Director and Solution Provider as needed.
• CRM Database Management: Take ownership of CRM database collection, validation, and accuracy of client contacts within the assigned region. Support future migration of client contacts to Salesforce as needed.
• Partnership Development: Foster a close partnership with the GCGP Client Intelligence Team responsible for mining and delivering insights for Key Group Clients
• Custom Support: Serve as the primary connection for the region to the Solution Provider for any custom support required, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication between internal stakeholders and the solution provider.
