Target Operating Model

• Work with key stakeholders to design an agile operating model that is fit for purpose and appropriate (lean, yet compliant) for a start up business in the Health Technology industry. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Freelance Associate Lecturer to join our team to provide nursing related trainings and contribute to the education of aspiring nursing assistants and even care givers.

Responsibilities

As an Freelance Associate Lecturer, you will play a vital role in training and preparing students for healthcare assistant related careers such as nurse assistants, patient service associates, etc. At the same time, you may also be deployed to train care givers to learn the necessary techniques on care giving. Key Responsibilities

Overview and purpose of the position

Work closely with service leads and business stakeholders to identify roadmap of information technology (IT) solutions and enhancements. The individual will be responsible in one of the specialties: technical support to Radiography Information System (RIS) or Laboratory Information system (EPIC Beaker) in meeting business requirements. Staff with a keen aptitude in healthcare IT will be considered and appropriate training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Work closely with Reporting Officer in the approval, acquisition and implementation of IT projects.
• Resolve project issues, working with vendors and key stakeholders as required, to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects
• Oversee the planning, directing, supervising, monitoring and coordinating of vendor and department operations, including assigning work activities, projects, evaluate work processes and procedures, preparing correspondences e.g. general and special reports.
