This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’s grievances, branch’s cleanliness and etc
• To motivate staff in building team work, ensure good communication among staff and foster a positive working environment
• To establish good relationship and provide excellent service to customers
• Sharing of knowledge to staff, perform staff training and coaching on effective practices regularly in relation to daily operations matter, sales pitch on products and treatments, customer service and etc

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years' experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target
