Job Requirements:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) / Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent, from an accredited institution; recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Board for registration.
• Registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Clinical pharmacy experience in a paediatric setting preferred.
• Experience with medication therapy management and patient counselling is highly desirable.
• Preferably 1 years’ experience in hospital.

As a key member of the Value Driven Analytics Research (VADAR) initiative, you will provide technical expertise to researchers’ data needs, and/or RFPs and related commercial activities. Requirements:
