Job Descriptions:

• Report directly to Branch Manager
• Responsible to deliver and provide Quality Services.
• To make cold call and any new leads call provided by the company.
• Follow up on customer request, appointment, enquires, call, complaints and confirmation promptly.
• Re-confirm customer’s appointment a day before their treatment.
• After treatment (three days) to follow-up service call to customer.
• To ensure the cleanliness standards at reception area.
• Daily data entry for customers, staff and print report for compilation.
• Issuing of invoices and service rendering.
• Generation of daily reports.
• Provide administrative support.
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned by superior from time to time.
• Any assignments given from time to time by the Company

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in beauty services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

· Responsible for the scheduling and delivery of timelines integrated within the Organization’s SHMS;

· Effective deployment of EHS personnel within the Organization;

· Review of outgoing EHS documentation to external agencies;

· Monitor EHS inventories;

· Monitoring and analysing CAPA request submissions;

· Monitor development of Organization’s internal EHS training plan for purpose of continual improvement;

· Monitor the assessment of shortlisting suppliers/vendors engaged by the Organization;

· Monitor the closure for inspections conducted within the Organization and the resultant trends analysis and to implement appropriate initiative to promote continual improvement;

Monitor all applicable legal requirements to ensure that they are identified, evaluated, communicated and documented

· Plans, organizes and manages the activities of EHS function to fulfil the requirements set out in the Organizations SHMS;

· Provides effective leadership to team members ensuring good employee morale and performance;

· Motivates, coaches and counsels team members on an ongoing basis and ensures that good team work and esprit-de-corps exist in the EHS Department;

· Engages and disciplines poorly performing members within the EHS team;

· Co-ordinates the work of WSHO cum ECOs and allocate tasks;

· Develops good professional working relationships with suppliers, vendors, contractors, clients and consultants;

· Ensures that EHS functions are carried out in a highly ethical manner and all decisions are made on objective grounds;

· To lead the EHS functions effectively and to innovate for continuous improvement;

· Organizes monthly dialogue sessions with EHS team members;

· Ensures convening of monthly corporate EHS meeting;

· Any other duties as may be assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Control, manage and oversee claims and customer services delivery for products distributed and serviced in the SAP region ensuring all contracted service levels and KPI’s are met
• Manage all Governance Meetings with the Service Partner, ensure that there are no data breaches and that all agreed processes are met
• Manage all complaints received from any stakeholder, ensure that they are resolved and reported with full service recovery in place
• Update Brokers and Agents on any enquiries received regarding claims, and carry out regular reviews of all pending claims cases and ensure process improvements are made aware to Service Partner
• Act as the key point in the SAP region for all new product launches, projects and on-boarding of new customer groups
• Provide training to the Service Partner for customer service skills, claims adjudication protocols and product knowledge including validation testing and service skills
• Adjudicate claims and provide guidance on claims assessment to the Service Partner
• Deliver performance reports as required by the business
• Carry out claims analysis in order to present key statistics and information to the key stakeholders
• Ensure claims referred to Global Claims Control (GCC) are managed within 24 hours of receipt; provide approval and decline decisions in accordance with policy wording; provide additional guidance where more information is required
• Work closely with Service Partner and management of the adherence to customer service protocols whether by voice or in writing to the customer and/or agent in line with agreed processes and meeting all the agreed SLA’s
• Relationship management – building a strong relationship with the key staff within the Service Partner
• KPI Reporting for the month delivered by the 10th day of the month following
• Demonstrating the ability to handle commercial decisions as needed to respond to customer issues

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care related activities to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care at the respective clinical area. You are required to provide high quality patient care in various disciplines by performing simple to complex clinical procedures that will meet the patients' immediate physical and emotional needs. You will also be required to assist the staff nurse in coordinating, implementing and monitoring clinical and service quality in the clinical areas, but not be limited to the following:-

• Utilize clinical judgment, critical thinking and problems solving skills in the delivery of patient care. Integrate established and new operational policies and procedures into nursing practice.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical skills and knowledge such as infection control practices, measurement of vital signs, performing ECG, assisting in hygiene care, making bed, assisting in simple ambulation, turning of patients, collection of urine and stool specimens, measuring intake and output chart, etc.
• Perform basic to intermediate patient assessment and deliver appropriate nursing care and interventions for effective patient’s outcomes.
• Escalate to the respective supervisors and guide others to do likewise, in time of complications or emergencies.
• Assist and supervise juniors in assisting resident physicians on patient rounds during treatment / procedures and examination of patient.
• Provide simple to complex patient education or care giver training (in relation to hygiene care) and participate in patient’s rehabilitation, involving the patient’s NOK as necessary.
• Record and maintain proper and accurate documentation of patient’s progress and management in the Clinical Chart, intake and output chart and other nursing documentation as needed. Highlight abnormal results as soon as obtained and escalate accordingly.
• Be a champion in billing patient charges.
• Report and record all incidents and feedback to supervisor or nurse-in-charge.
• Maintain professional growth and development through the ongoing process of formal and informal education, through engagement in internal and external courses.
• Exercise economy and care in the use of resources, including equipment and supplies.
• Perform checks on the general cleanliness and tidiness of the department, report any defective facilities/equipment and rectify any issues identified.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times for patients.
• Maintain a good working relationship among medical personals, patients and the public, as well as setting a good example for the whole nursing team.

Qualification & Experience:-

• At least NITEC in Nursing with minimum 2 year of work experience in acute hospital setting.
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support & AED (BCLS+AED) certification
• Phlebotomy certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills and able to build rapport easily
• Confident and poise in delivery of care
• Team-player
• Must be willing to do rotating shift work including night shift, weekends and Public Holidays
• Those with more experiences may be considered for Senior Position.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide oversight on daily laboratory activities.
• Assist in daily technical management of the Haematology / Chemistry / Blood Transfusion Services section
• Perform quality control checks to ensure test results are precise and accurate.
• Evaluate any test or equipment where applicable.
• Ensure preventive maintenance requirements are met.
• Maintaining equipment inventories, anticipating supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
• Monitor the performance of all equipment and review of test result
• Resolve any technical issues that arise from the performance of all test
• Maintaining inventory levels of reagents and supplies to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare monthly QC and perform first level review
• Evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures applicable in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical procedures in the laboratory.
• Ensure all laboratory procedures are carried out in accordance to MOH regulations and accreditation body guidelines.
• Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures.
• Keeps abreast of current MOH standards and other accreditation body standards
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experiences in CAP accredited Clinical Laboratory in Singapore in one of the section: Routine Clinical Haematology/Clinical Chemistry/Blood transfusion services.
• Must be able to work on rotating shift up to 12 hours (average 44 hours per work week), including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Good command of English communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
