As a staff nurse on a rotating shift schedule, you will work across various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to ensure 24/7 resident care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive resident assessments to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administering medications as prescribed by the doctor.
• Performing aseptic procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and ostomy management.
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the physician.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Educating residents and their families on their care plan and condition.
• Documenting all care provided in residents' medical records.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals involved in the residents' care plan, such as physiotherapists and social workers.
