This role involves preparing training materials, conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions, and representing the brand at exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development & Delivery

Develop and write standard operating procedures, training materials, and detailed product information.
Schedule and conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions, both in person and through webinars.

Mentorship & Skill Enhancement

Mentor and guide aestheticians in product usage, skincare knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
Provide hands-on training in professional beauty treatments, enhancing their technical and customer service skills.

Event Participation & Follow-Up

Represent the company at trade fairs, handling pre- and post-exhibition activities.
Conduct beauty webinars and other training courses for partners as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO certification holder.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a training role, with qualifications in beauty training preferred.
• Skills:Strong command of English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  Knowledge and experience in delivering training on beauty treatments and salon management.
  Well-versed in professional beauty treatments and skincare products, with strong hands-on skills.
  Willingness to travel and participate in overseas exhibitions.
  Strong customer experience skills.

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
