Overview

To lead and manage a team to functional Screening Operations. The role includes but not limited to: ensure smooth running of operations at Functional Screening events, monitor and track programme KPIs to ensure KPIs are achieved, review and update policy on a timely basis.

Overview

The Job Holder will support in building improvement capabilities and culture in the NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO), including community partners such as GPs. You will be responsible to support the smooth operations and administration of CareHub. Your exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and ability to handle complex tasks will be instrumental in ensuring operation success. You will be instrumental in supporting the monitoring of CareHub’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring that CareHub’s service standards are met to deliver a positive customer experience for residents and community partners who reach in to CareHub for support to age well in the community.
