Job Scope

• Provide technical consulting and support to internal sales and customers with regards to IT solutions.
• Development of solution proposals for customers based on the company’s current product offerings and capabilities, and customers’ requirements.
• Conduct effective and efficient communication with clients for requirements collection in different aspects.
• Assist in conceptualization, design and execution, of new suites of IT solutions based on industry trends and requirements.
• Assist in development and fulfilment of company’s long-term IT project goals.
• Participate in customer engagement, promotion and presales activities to work on specification, design, implementation, testing, customer training, and deployment duties.
• Carry out technical related activities and response to incidents, escalations, and maintenance related activities in a professional manner.
