As a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping businesses leverage the power of Salesforce to streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth within the consumer goods industry. You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, then design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions that address their specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their business objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Solution Design: Analyze client requirements and industry best practices to develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Configuration: Configure Salesforce applications to meet client-specific needs, including CRM, sales, service, marketing, and commerce modules.
• Data Migration: Manage data migration processes, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
• Training and Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to empower clients to effectively use Salesforce and maximize its benefits.
• Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the continued success of Salesforce implementations.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role within the consumer goods industry.
• Hands on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, with Consumer Goods Cloud or 1 of the other Industrial Cloud is must
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Einstein Analytics, and other advanced Salesforce features
• Strong technical skills, including Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Project management skills to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing OpenShift environments and supporting containerized applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain OpenShift environments, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business goals.
• Manage and troubleshoot issues related to OpenShift platforms.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize containerized application performance.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of OpenShift environments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with OpenShift Container Platform with at least 1 year of relevant experience in managing and optimizing OpenShift environments.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Certification in OpenShift or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

You will oversee, implement and evaluate Environmental Services related programmes to provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment in the hospital for our patients, public and staff. This includes collaborating with Service Partners to monitor performance measures to meet the service standards and compliance with legal requirements. You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth delivery with minimum work disruptions and high user satisfaction. You shall also track and monitor department’s work plans timely and compile statistics on the Environmental Services activities for management’s decision.
