Job Responsibilities
· Develop and drive implementations and execute effective long and short-term marketing strategies to establish and sustain the competitive edge of products portfolio
· Develop clear well communicated vision and strategies that can be translated to an effective marketing and sales plan
· Establish innovative marketing & advertising programs, including strategic alliances complies with all legal and compliance standards
· Optimize allocation of resources to meet best returns on investments
· Ensure continuous collaboration with BU Heads to drive sales forecast and plan budgets to ensure market share profitability is met
· Provide product and marketing knowledge to field
· Provide reliable sales, costs and demand forecasts
· To oversee the design and branding team in conceptualizing ideas for marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
· Degree in Marketing Mass Communications, Creative Media Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising and relevant fields
· Min 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, preferable in beauty and wellness marketing and handling E-commerce platform (Depends on the Most Relevant Experiences*)
· A deep understanding of business demands covering both SEO and SEM approaches to leverage on sales driven campaigns and high-level customer services
· Be able to propose, develop and execute marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software
· Knowledge in other word processing and web analytics tools (such as Wordpress, Shopify, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) will be a plus
