We are looking for a experienced IT Support Specialist to perform the following job scope:
Job Description :
- Provide daily IT operation support to all users and able to communicate well with users.
- Assist users' desktop, laptop, printer, mobile phone issues and requests promptly.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and IT related devices.
- Able to install and configure software, hardware and functions according to approved specifications and standard.
- To oversee and manage the smooth running of IT systems.
- Troubleshoots and assist systems, network, printers and servers related problems.
- Issues which are not resolved are to escalate to 2nd/3rd level support or liaise with vendors for resolutions.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Maintain and update of IT asset document.
Requirements:
- Minimally ITE/Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years experience in IT Support under corporate environment.
- Good communication skills, Independent and responsible individual.
- Experience in O365 applications usage and troubleshooting and Windows 10/11 operating systems, working knowledge of User & Security Group administration through Active Directory will be an advantage.
