Scope of Services

The Services required include, but are not limited to:

1. Attend to all incoming phone calls, inquiries, and deliveries promptly.
2. Assist walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors, and school stakeholders with care and empathy.
3. Contact parents of unwell students to arrange for them to be taken home or to address students who have been absent from school.
4. Provide simple first aid to injured or unwell students and maintain the sick bay, including first aid supplies.
5. Man the General Office reception counter and ensure it is clean and tidy.
6. Manage simple office administrative tasks, such as receiving and directing incoming mails/packages, making trips to the Post Office, and managing/distributing notifications and letters to teachers’ trays.
7. Call and engage with parents for administrative matters, e.g., GIRO forms and financial aid supporting documents.
8. Perform administrative tasks using basic Microsoft Office applications (data entry, preparing Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets).
9. Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the school, e.g., P1 registration exercise, emergency exercises, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in policyholders’ and Financial Representatives’ queries/ requests on policy related matters
• Ensure unresolved issues over the counter are promptly followed up and resolved within stipulated time
• Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from policyholders, Financial Representatives and business partners;
• Provide excellent customer service experience;
• Manage customer feedbacks/complaints with a good closure within the operational turnaround time.
• Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;

Scope of work:

• Handle front desk duties which includes attending to all enquiries i.e. phone, emails and walk-in guests, visitors and students.
• Assist with the dissemination of daily relief planning arrangements and instructions to teachers and relief teachers;
• Manages packing and distribution of collaterals from MOE and other agencies;
• Attend to sick and injured students, calling parents where necessary;
• Open and record in-coming mails, and distribute to respective recipients;

Job Description:

1. Account Management to interact with Divisions to:
