• Identifies and evaluate EHS and compliance risks and propose practical measures
• To drive Variations Orders & supporting negotiating claims with customer and sub-contractors
• Support Sales Teams on crafting deals requiring strong execution and minimizing risk.
• Support tendering/engineering organization with Return of Experience

Main KPIs:

• Financials (Sales/CM/GM/Billing/Cash/FS Utilization)
• Project Delivery on time within Budget and safety compliance
• Customer Satisfaction
• Timeline accuracy for Project Sales and Margin
• Variation Orders on project
• Customer Management e.g., Scope Management, Complaints Resolution etc

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with more than 10 years of relevant experience preferably with Project Management Qualifications
• Experience in team management and proven ability to lead and manage large scale projects.
• Knowledge of Power Transmission Portfolio such as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Air Insulated Switchgear(AIS), Power Transformers, Protection Relays and Substation System will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Smartsheet, SAP and Microsoft Projects, Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills. The ability to communicate in more than one language would be advantageous
