• Be part of the employees’ engagement team and support in preparation and execution of related activities
• Coordinate the agency recruitment process in conjunction with HR Director
• Support the implementation of various initiatives and projects

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate with multinational network individuals as well as the local agency.
• Experience of working in an agency/communications environment will be a plus

Education:

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Relevant HR experience, including internship, would be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop client and business relationships.
• Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities for our client.
• Provide recruitment services and advice to both corporate clients and candidates.
• Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates.
