Job Description

• Support the daily operations and schedule of the centre efficiently and effectively.
• Plan the daily programs, curriculum and activities according to School’s philosophy and practices.
• Maintain a culture of care and discipline among the pupils.
• Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times.
• Supervise pupils during study, play, meals, recreation time within &/or outside the centre during outdoor activities.
• Establish academic rigour for pupils.
• Ensure homework completion and preparations for school assessment (including spelling, tests and exams).
• Assist in planning and carrying out weekly craft activities, outdoor games, indoor recreation and holiday programs together with the other colleagues.
• Establish good and regular communications with parents and provide support.

Requirements

• Have a passion to work with children and their family.
• G.C.E. “O” level qualification.
• Relevant working experience and familiar with Primary School’s syllabus is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday : 12.30 pm to 7 pm

Event Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including courses, activities, workshops and celebrations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.

Administrative Support:

• Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to events and projects.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

Communication:

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and participants to co-ordinate event details.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information to event attendees.

Project Management:

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
• Track project progress and report on key milestones.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in an administrative or event coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
