• Daily course support
• Logistic preparation for class (eg. Attendance, Learning management System, exam slip for trainees, refreshment & etc)
• Update attendance and assessment result
• Course Evaluation Download
• Assist customers on course enquiries & registrations
• Follow up on registration, billing & payment
• Send confirmation to trainers & trainees
• Ad-hoc class support for Saturday and weekday evening lessons
• Any other tasks assigned
