• To check for torn and stains on laundry and report for any damages
• To collect and deliver guests laundry from the room and ensure the number of clothes sent are correct and in washable condition
• Regularly inspect quality of uniform and laundry items and ensure that they are well-maintained and in good order
• Check and follow-up on any physical defects of the uniform and all laundry items
• Ensure that laundry room is kept clean and tidy at all times
• Assist in any other duties as assigned

You will be responsible for the HR functions for the assigned business unit:

Job Role:

• Ensure the delivery of HR Services is executed efficiently and in compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Source potential candidates through various channels.
• Prepare all HR related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences.
• Responsible for all applications and renewals of work passes of all foreign workers.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding internal employee communication, HR guidelines and processes.
• Assist in yearly annual performance appraisal exercise.
• Close and timely follow-up on the off-boarding process, ensuring the exit interviews and exit clearance are appropriately and timely completed.
• Participate in employee retention initiatives.
• Any other ad hoc duties when assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in HRM or equivalent with a lease 2 years of full spectrum of HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law.
• Ability to engage employees and the management.
• Good interpersonal skills, independent & positive working attitude.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Easy Pay Enterprise software advantageous.
• Computer proficiency.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual, preferably with retail experience and general fish-keeping knowledge to join our team.

Applicants will be required to assist in retail sales, answer customer queries, stock taking of inventory, prepare and packing of orders, maintenance of tanks, update photos on to social media platforms and be able to work on weekends.
