HUMAN RESOURCES
• Full cycle of recruiting, sourcing, pre-screening, on-site interviews and assessing, offering of employment and onboarding
• Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/online channels and other social platforms and professional networks. Organize and participate in the relevant career events and local job fairs to broaden the hiring needs
• Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate selection process.
• Liaise and work closely with the management on recruitment needs and deliver consistent and timely manpower results
• Manage and prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
• Send weekly updates on hiring progress and prepare monthly reports on recruitment progress.
• Administration work for all on/off boarding
• Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
OPERATIONS
• Oversee Operations Trainer to ensure smooth running of all the outlets daily
• Plan and manage weekly rostering for all front of the house staff, ensure that Roster always meet the Management expectation
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff as and when needed
• Ensure front of the house staff are totally conversant with the counter SOP/service sequence and the implementing of all company policies and procedures.
• To carry out on-going performance reviews, coach and direct activities to achieve desired performance according to Company’s objective.
• To review and analyse daily sales, highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify poor performance. Propose and implement corrective actions if needed.
• Ensure Time Management System is updated daily according to the roster, monitor the overtime of all staff and ensure that it is within the MOM guidelines
