• 1-2 years of accounting experience in a computerized accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Managing Director in daily operational activities, including financial planning, budget reviews, and analysis of financial reports.
• Initiate the development and review of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the company’s mid and long-term goals that support the continuous improvement of the overall operations.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments by liaising with department heads and team leaders.
• Address immediate operational challenges and provide effective solutions.
