Working hours: 44 hours work week based on rostered monthly rotating shifts (8am – 4pm or 4pm – 10pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, clinic registration, patient appointment scheduling and walk-ins.
• Liaise with patients and their family members about follow-up appointments.
• Process prescription accurately ad dispensing of medication to patients.
• To assist doctors in consultation, examination, treatment, and vaccination.
• Handle feedback promptly and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service as frontline staff and clinic ambassador.
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience as Clinic Assistant in medical field would be an added advantage
• Able to work on weekends and commit to shift work as assigned based on roster

· Counts, sorts, and checks incoming articles; verifies against requisitions, shipping notices, or invoices.

· Responsible for handling the daily inventory outbound or inbound.

· If stocks arrive on Friday, would need to complete the stocks on the day itself.

· Works with Merchandiser to check inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies, or materials within established limits; notifies designated staff of fast-moving items.

· Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers, or labels on product.

· Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials, and sealing tape.

· Records or documents changes in data.

· Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate. Update computer system to enable accurate stock levels.

Job Description:

The HR and Admin Executive handles recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

• Perform professional HR tasks associated with recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Apply for and cancel Work Permits (WP), S Passes (SP), Employment Passes (EP), and Letters of Consent (LOC).
• Handle government claims (e.g., childcare leave, levy waivers).
• Create and maintain employee records.
• Prepare company property for new staff.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Prepare various staff letters (e.g., letters of appointment, Bonus letters).
• Disseminate new hire/termination information and forms to appropriate staff.
• Maintain employee data in the HR system.
• Oversee administration of staff attendance and leave.
• Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed.

Administrative

· Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and building management.

· Oversee office supplies inventory and place order when needed

· Ensure clean, safe and well-organised office environment

Requirements:

• Ability to start immediately.
• Preferably possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Diploma in Business Studies.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
