We are looking for talented individuals who are keen to enter the education industry as HR Executive under our Career Conversion Programme (CCP). This is a full-time, where you will undergo 4 months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) with the aim of transforming you into an industry-grade full time professional in this field while working together with our team.

HR Executive Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

• Manage recruitment for Full-time Roles (e.g. ICT Trainers, Software Developers, eLearning Specialist, Business Analyst), Traineeships and Internships
• End-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, interviewing, qualifying candidates and conducting of first round of interviews
• Provide feedback and evaluation of candidates after first round of interviews to your Hiring Manager, Internal Stakeholders, or External Stakeholders where appropriate
• Maintain a talent pipeline of candidates to call upon when required

2. Retention

• Strategic planning of deployment / movement / replacement of seconded staff to ensure continual placement client’s site
• Monitor employee’s progress and ensuring the company culture stays positive and productive
• Answer HR related queries of fellow colleagues, and handle grievance cases if required
• Assist with monthly payroll and government programme claims (e.g. traineeship)

3. Retraining

• Work closely with Internal Stakeholder to roll out HR Initiatives that will benefit the Company and encourage more efficient work from employees
• Gather training needs of new hires and work with them on the trainings to be completed
• Engage fellow colleagues on a regular basis to assess and provide any ad-hoc trainings that can be provided

Job requirements

• Have a degree or higher (does not need to be HR-related)
• At least 2 years of working experience.

Looking for Singaporean/PR Clinic Assistants who are expected to be proficient at the relevant duties, including but not limited to the following:

Counter duties

- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments

- Perform Specialist/Hospital referrals

- Ensure laboratory/imaging investigations are sent to appropriate vendors

- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination
