As an Accounts Assistant, you will be processing accounts payable invoices while verifying purchase orders and good receipts. You will also be performing supplier reconciliation on monthly basis.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice on hold issues. This is a 6 months renewable contract.

• Ensure all deliveries are conducted in safe and service orientated manner to the designated location
• Collection of items/goods
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse
• Possess Class 3 driving license
• Experience operating a forklift/truck
• Required to carry heavy weight goods
