As an Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for warehousing activities including loading and unloading, sampling of incoming materials, account physical receipt from vendors/suppliers, accurate issuance of materials to Production teams and perform timely outbound deliveries. Responsibilities:

CRM Programme

• Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
• Provide monthly CRM and performance updates to all key internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that all customer marketing communications are compliant.

SalesForce CRM platform:

• Manage and monitor daily requests, issues and escalations with agencies and Manage daily support, troubleshoot and maintenance of Salesforce.
• Manage CMS system for development of webpages.
• Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions and workflow.
• Communicate with project managers and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and dealer
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

Events and Privileges:

• Implement and manage timelines, contracts and communication with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
• Develop strategy, liaise and manage the content topics and timelines for eNewsletters.
• Ensure all corporate guidelines are followed.

Events:

• Support and coordinate event requirements including planning, onsite event management and post event wrap up.
• Manage logistics, inventory, event talents and vendors.
• Maintain digital inventory list and process of inventory flow.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure all needs relating to functionality and performance are met.
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders.
• Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities.
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

Requirements:

• Experience in using SalesForce CRM platform would be an advantage
• Experience in experiential marketing

Role Scope;

To assist the traders & marketers in their role of trading derivative instruments on behalf of the Company in the most effective manner possible within all Company policies and protocols on risk, credit and exposures.

Regulatory Qualifications:

Jobholder to maintain/obtain all qualifications required by any relevant regulator to allow him/her to do the job.

Main Duties & Responsibilities;

· Assist the traders in all aspects of Front Office Trading with a focus on marketing;

· Build and Maintain relationships with clients and market counterparts;

· Learn to undertake commodities trading activities when required in accordance with instruction and orders received through the MBCL system;

· Maintain the credit process and outstanding applications, including providing information on reviews, for Asia-Pacific clients;

· Maintain knowledge of LME (London Metal Exchange), CME and SGX markets covering pricing, fundamentals of demand and supply and other influences on these markets, sharing this knowledge with the business as required;

· Administer clients, active and proposed, within the MBCL franchise especially within the Asia

· Pacific time zone to satisfy the needs of MBCLSG and support the functions of MBCL London;

· To ensure compliance with any regulatory requirements needed to perform main duties & responsibilities.

· To provide information as required for management upon request.

Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical, and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The HRBP Leader role will actively participate as a valued member of the global management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement, and organization plans that impact the wider organization. This role is expected to partner with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to drive change in talent and business strategies. The Leader will hire, manage, and grow other HR members.

Responsibilities:

- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.

- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.

- 5+ years of experience in leadership and people management.

- Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision-making based on data.

- Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.

- Experience in the adaptation of working styles to fit the needs of the teams.

- Knowledge of technology or Internet business.

- Experience in helping global organizations scale.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
