7. Work with MOU owners to track and maintain the centralized MOU management system with local and international partners.
8. Coordinate and delegate admin support for local and international committee meetings (minutes writing, tracking actionable etc.) on regular basis.
9. Other duties as required.

Required Competencies / Skills:

• Candidate must possess a degree in any related field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrate excellent project management skills, including planning and prioritization.
• Candidates are expected to be independent and responsible; also possess a willing and positive attitude.
• Excellent written communication skill is a pre-requisite for this role as well.
• Strong research and analytical skills and interpersonal skills

2. Process payments.
3. Reconcile AP balance against supplier’s SOA.
4. Maintain Fixed Assets listing.
5. Perform month end financial closing.
6. Prepare monthly reports.
7. Prepare and submit GST returns.
8. Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
9. Maintain accounting files and records.
10. Support in financial audits
