KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Replenish portable gas cylinders at the wards and departments
• Delivery of ad-hoc or urgent medical supplies to the wards and departments
• Assist the storekeepers in medical supplies topping-up/ picking to the wards and departments when required

REQUIREMENTS

• Will be required to work over-time
• No experience required

• Prepares and manages correspondence, licenses, permits, reports etc
• Prepare and submit worker timesheets
• Raise worker transfer forms, worker training forms, and follow-up on work permit renewals
• Perform office administration duties
• Keep proper record of correspondences
• Assist the Director/HOD
• And any other duties assigned

Requirements :

• N'Level/O'Level/ Certificate in Administration courses or its equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences
• Well versed in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
• Able to work independently
• Only Singaporean
