Our client is a global MNC in the property industry. Due to business needs, they are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support their team. They are located in the Central, easily accessible.

Location: Kallang/Bugis

Responsibilities:

• Schedule unit handover and key collection appointments with Purchasers or their authorized representatives.
• Communicate the confirmed daily appointments schedule to relevant stakeholders
• Perform general administration duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level and above
• Preferred experience in customer service or telemarketing, capable of responding to simple email inquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of mail merge and VLOOKUP functions will be advantageous.
