Scope and responsibilities
The research assistant will provide support to the PI (Asst. Prof. Kean J. HSU) and other project team members on overall research administration for the project, including coordination of research staff and trainees based on a lab schedule, training and supervising new volunteer research assistants, screening, recruitment, scheduling, and retention of research participants, following up with participants regarding their online follow-up assessments up to six months post-baseline, tracking of overall research project progress, as well as running participants through in-lab study protocols.  Undertake menu planning
