Responsibilities :

• Manage all fixed assets related work such as additions, transfer, retirement and disposal of fixed assets
• Perform journal entries for capitalization and depreciation of fixed assets
• Review fixed asset costs and perform necessary reclassifications
• Prepare fixed asset identifications and perform asset sightings
• Conduct stock-take

Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in fixed assets management
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, persistent to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliations in timely manner
• Knowledge in SAP B1 and proficient in MS Excel preferred
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently, yet a team-oriented player in delivering results and meeting business needs in a fast paced environment
