Job Scope

• Provide sales support to Project Sales Managers from the start to the end of the Sales Cycle.
• Sends Quotation to Customer.
• Processes customer orders (Key in Sales Order module and Printing of Delivery Orders).
• Monitors DO’s (Make sure DO’s are properly signed/ acknowledged by customers upon delivery).
• Invoicing.
• Work with vendors for sourcing.

Responsibilities:

• Support the customer requirements in collecting data, perform statistical analysis and coming up with better processes or updated processes.
• Work closely with the department leads in mapping the current process and developing the 'to be' processes.
• Create SOP, work instructions and get the required approvals. Train operations team after work instructions approval.
• Handle multiple projects of small and medium sizes.
• Support current business solutions team as required.
• Train and build technical and process capabilities within department while providing technical expert support to other sites.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, IT Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience as Process Engineer
• Candidate with no experience can apply as on-the-job training is provided
• Comprehensive understanding in Warehousing system.
• Experience with Data collection and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge in manufacturing systems e.g. CAD, SAP,ERP etc.
• Able to lead small Project teams and do SIT,UAT as per customer requirements.
• Proven project management skills.
• Good presentation skills and in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
• Good to know the Industrial Engineering basics-VSM, process mapping, time studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:Conduct in-depth research on emerging IoT protocols, connectivity solutions, and network infrastructure technologies.

2. Network Design and Prototyping:Develop, simulate, and test scalable network architecture for IoT environments, including wireless sensor networks
   Work on integrating IoT-specific protocols and standards within network infrastructure to ensure interoperability and security.
   
3. Testing and Validation:Implement rigorous testing and validation processes for IoT network systems, assessing performance, security, latency, and energy consumption.
   Use simulation tools to evaluate network performance and analyze results to improve network efficiency and reliability.
   
4. Collaboration and Integration:Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Data Analytics, and Security, to ensure network solutions meet product and market requirements.
   Collaborate with external vendors, industry partners, and standards organizations to remain at the forefront of IoT network innovations.
   
5. Documentation and Technical Reporting:Document R&D findings, technical specifications, and project outcomes.
   Present updates to stakeholders, highlighting advancements and technical insights to support product development.
   
6. Problem Solving and Innovation:Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues in IoT devices and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and robustness.
   Continuously assess industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize network architecture for IoT scalability.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in network infrastructure, IoT, or relevant R&D roles.
• Technical Skills: Strong foundation in network protocols
  Experience with IoT connectivity standards
  Hands-on experience with IoT devices, wireless networks, and edge computing.
  Familiarity with cloud IoT platforms and network simulation tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for optimizing IoT network performance and security.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities; able to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Job Description

• Deliver clear and effective lessons using a variety of relevant teaching strategies for students with autism
• Play an important role in the planning and development of curriculum and programmes to facilitate student learning
• Exhibits deep commitment to the holistic education and development of students
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and with parents in providing quality education and care for the students
• Understand students' diverse learning and developmental needs, interests, abilities and potential through observations, diagnoses and discussions (with students, parents and colleagues), and adapts approaches accordingly
• Work collaboratively with a multi-professional team and parents in providing quality education and feedback for students.
• Plan and write IEP lesson plans, reports, records and documentation.
• Guide and coach Teacher Aides

Job Requirements

• Recognised Degree or Polytechnic Diploma
• Teaching qualifications or equivalent in Special Education is preferred
• 5 credits in GCE 'O' level with a pass in English and Mathematics is mandatory
• Preferably 3 years of teaching experience at primary level
• Familiar with national curriculum
• Demonstrate passion in teaching
• Experience in teaching children and youths with autism will be an added advantage
