Key accountabilities and responsibilities while performing the Role include:

· Process payment entries via GRIO, TT, Cheque and Cash.

· Ensure cheque clearance and bank in document preparation is done accurately and in an orderly manner.

· Reconciliation with customer records.

· Ensure on-time update of AR financial information.

· Financing AR

· Back-up other duties within finance department as and when required.

· Ad-hoc admin duties.

· Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: $4,000 - $6,000

Responsibilities:

• Provides accounting support to the various companies in the Group
• Will be responsible for the financial and management reporting functions of designated companies.
• Preparation of consolidation and analysis of financial Management reports forecasts
• Annual budgets, maintenance of proper accounting records
• Payment control, ensuring GST compliance
• Any ad-hoc work assigned.

Requirements:

• Accountancy Degree or an equivalent professional qualification with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience.

• Assist Pharmacist in temperature record, filling of pharmacy documents in accurate order to upkeep standard of pharmacy audit.
