Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Law or related disciplines;
• Have at least 8 years’ relevant experience in a large, multi-faceted, fast-paced organization, listed company or MNC;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs;
• Ability to take responsibility for, and ownership of your work, with an attention to details;

What We're Looking For:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Point of contact between Return Department and Ecommerce's E-inventory

• Identify defect items using standard operating procedures on a daily/weekly basis

• Prepare and submit monthly defective claims and write off

• Perform quality check on items placed/returns

• Unpack returned merchandise and inspect condition, check for quality and assess condition of product to determine return category

• Assist with photo taking and claims report for damaged merchandise

• Undertake ad-hoc assignments when required
