Job Scope:

• Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
• Generate recovery follow ups for negative reviews and complaints
• Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries
• Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives
• Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs
• Provide analytics, insights, and improvement actions for all digital channels to align with business goals
• Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget
• Assisting on operations by communicating closely with our Operating team on customer pending orders, feedbacks and complaints
• Answering of the Customer hotline, and performing service recovery that is in line with the company's SOP
• Ensures compliance on food quality and hygience, shop outlook, and service standards in accordance with the company's SOP
• Compile and publish CC dept reports by EOD daily (data entry)
• Ensuring smooth trasition of Islandwide orders delivered to customer
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role
• Experience working in F&B industry will be advantageous
• A Diploma in marketing and communications is preferred
