Job Description

• Assist the team with the review of our Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") system and database;
• Assist the team with cleaning up of our CRM database; and
• Assist the team with other administrative tasks as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Report and compilation of daily maintenance and other activities of assigned station, as well as write troubleshooting reporting pertaining to a machine down time.
• Provide improvements ideas and work within the group to further improve the equipment performance.

• Ensure minimum downtime, quick response to trouble -shoot, rectify return to production.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any Engineering field
• Relevant working experiences in wafer fab / semiconductor industry
• Good technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis
• Able to work in a team.
