Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing annual/ monthly sales plan
• Implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets
• Preparing weekly sales status reports and analysis report of previous month’s sales
• Identify opportunities, formulate plans and brainstorm strategies to increase sales
• Building relationships and regular business meetings with department store and shopping mall Management
• Negotiations for opening and closing stores in department stores and shopping malls
• To manage a team of Sales Executives and Promoters in the stores island-wide
• Facilitate monthly Promoters meeting
• Responsible for store maintenance management such as store creation, repairs, zoning, fixture placement, products and Point Of Purchase Displays
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Sales and results oriented to meet targets and budgets for overall stores profitability management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient with MS Office based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
