Job Duties:

• Dispense prescribed medication to patients accurately and efficiently, following established protocols and guidelines.
• Provide patients with clear instructions and advice on medication usage, dosage, and potential side effects to ensure safe and effective treatment.
• Verify patient identities and ensure that medications are dispensed correctly to the right individuals, maintaining strict adherence to patient safety standards.
• Assist pharmacists with any ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the pharmacy department.
• Participate in stock checks and replenishment activities to maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure seamless medication supply.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Job Scope:

• Assist care management team to coordinate and provide care activities for Orthopaedic Surgery patients
• Perform basic preventive health screening and health assessment for patients
• Assist clinical outcome team to coordinate and conduct patient’s survey
• Monitor participants’ outcome, track their follow-up visits and ensure data collected within acceptable period
