• Ensure company’s compliance with local relevant regulations
• Assist in other HR operations and business functions
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Staffing/ Recruitment industry will be added advantage

Job Description

• Provide administrative and logistics support.
• Create purchase requisitions and orders, follow up with supplier and client.
• Liaise with an external party (delivery) and arrange a delivery schedule.
• Assist in packing, QC check, delivery and collection as and when needed.
• Assist in regular stock inventory.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and filing for all administrative and logistics documents.
• Assist in promoting and carrying out sales tasks assigned by the department head.
• To provide general secretarial support to the managing director whenever needed.
• Ad-hoc work if director and shareholder come visit.
• Other duties as assigned by the department head.
