KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a population-based health research initiative at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. JOB PURPOSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of brand/product marketing and events experience is required.
• Experience developing program content and advertising is required.
• Analytical skills are required.
• Experience in budget forecasting and planning is required.
• Exceptional writing skills are required.
• E-Marketing, social media, and digital marketing experience required.
• Experience in using digital systems for content marketing, event management tools and online tools are required.
• Good people skills, able to influence management and work cross-functionally.
• Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize.
• Strong personal leadership skills.
• Must be able to organize work towards deadlines and priorities on a daily basis.

As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Counter Registration
• Perform registration and screening of patients
• Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
• Comply to clinic facilities readiness
• Consultation Room
• Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation.
• Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
• Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

• Minimum “N” Level.
• Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
