• Monitoring all staff request for external courses daily
• Manage the data entry requirements in Frontier to enable the course application process (data search on course websites, obtain and fill in personal data into the system)
• Establish a timeline of action with the applicant
• Monitor the L&D mailbox and reply in accordance to SOP or divert the enquiries to appropriate staff
• Conduct data collation for KPI dashboards

Period:

• 6 Months contract, extension depends on business needs and performance

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday

Salary:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder with relevant experience
• Diploma/Degree with related field of study with no experience are welcome
• General computing abilities with proficient use of Microsoft Office tools are required
