Ensure relevant supporting certificates are ready by the registration department prior to shipment
Coordination with freight forwarders to schedule booking, transport & shipping documentation arrangements
Provide daily customer service to customers or distributors on order follow up and shipping information
May need to prepare L/C documentation and LC negotiation
Other Admin and Ad Hoc duties when required.
Preferably with some Book keeping knowledge

Job scope:
