The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The Human Resource Associate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee office administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Manage and ensure all employee personal filling and information are updated on cloud software.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
• Support the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments on HR-related matters.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in HR field.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
• Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
