Roles & Responsibilities

1) Teaching Chinese/English lessons to various levels of classes

2) Class teacher in charge of all matters relating to children welfare and routine care

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
• Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
• Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve leadtime issues of equipment and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
• Monitor project status, forecast project risks, and take preventive measures.
• Work closely with the Finance Team on invoicing status and cash flow projections.
• Ensure all suppliers' price books are updated and made available to the sales team.
• Ensure inventory is accounted for and kept to a minimum at all times.
• Record all maintenance contracts in systems and provide information to the Services Sales and Post Sales team.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process between project and post-sales.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with order management/supply chain management in a project-based company.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, email, and phone-based communication.
• Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Assist in negotiating job offers and preparing employment contracts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database.

HR Operations:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations, preparing employment contracts, and managing exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related matters.
• Assist with employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Learning and Development

Training Program Design:

• Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs.
• Develop and design training programs that address organizational requirements, including onboarding, skill development, and leadership training.

Content Development:

• Create or curate training content, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia materials.
• Ensure that training materials align with best practices and industry standards.

Performance Evaluation:

• Develop and implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to make continuous improvements.

Talent Development Strategy:

• Work with HR and leadership to align learning and development initiatives with overall talent development and succession planning strategies.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the budget for learning and development programs.
• Identify cost-effective solutions and negotiate contracts with external training providers when necessary.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements related to HR, and recruitment.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in HR with a focus on payroll administration and recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Word.
• HR certification(s) such as IHRP or SHRM-CP are a plus.

Job Description:

• Liaises with client departments and other client Divisions (Constituency Offices, HQ Divisions, etc) to facilitate and implement staff courses.
• Liaises with vendors to schedule training dates, coordinate venue for training, and ensure all administrative and logistics support are provided to create a conducive environment for learning
• Provides secretariat or manpower support for day to day admin, operations, meetings and other client programmes

Description:

Delivery Lead supporting Automation Project. A Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery

Requirements

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.
• Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
• Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Supports resource planning for delivery/execution.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of client's sites such as soft & hard services
• Tend to client's job requests, provide timely updates and reports as required
• Attend to client's emergency breakdowns and follow up with incident reports
• Oversee a team of 3 technical officers and technicians to carry out daily operations (projects, adhoc works and maintenance works, etc)
• Prepare quotations via SOR along with work proposal/ technical assessment

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min Diploma in FM/ Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Min 5 years experience in Facilities Management
• Class 3 license preferred
