• Plan, organize, and manage the full HR functions of the company.

• Work closely with the Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years HR related management experience.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any equivalent
• Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements and other local statutory requirements
• Good hands-on experience in HR-related applications and technology.
• Well-versed with prevailing HR best practices and strong knowledge in local legislation and statutory requirements in the APAC countries, especially in Singapore context.
• Good communications & interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with different personalities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in administrative, operational, human resource and legal secretarial functions in an efficient and effective manner
• Assist to ensure proper documentation pertaining to all MAS licensing legislation matters
